Ghost Beast operates under a print-on-demand model. Each product is manufactured specifically for the customer.
Eligible Return Cases
Returns are only accepted in the following situations:
Manufacturing defects
Items damaged during transit
Incorrect product received
Printing errors attributable to production
Non-Eligible Cases
Returns are not accepted for:
Incorrect size, color, or model selected by the customer
Change of mind or buyer’s remorse
Used, washed, or altered items
Made-to-order or personalized products
Sale or final sale items
Gift cards
Return Period
Customers have 14 calendar days from delivery date to submit a valid return request.
Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
Return Request Procedure
To initiate a request, email:

Clear photos
Detailed explanation
Returns sent without prior written authorization will be rejected.
Return addresses may vary depending on the production partner.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If approved, Ghost Beast will provide:
Replacement at no cost, OR
Full refund
Ghost Beast covers all costs when the issue is due to manufacturing or shipping error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not offered due to the print-on-demand nature of our products.
Customers wishing a different item must place a new order.
Refund Processing
Once approved:
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Banks or payment providers may take additional time.
If 15 business days pass without refund confirmation, contact us.
EU Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the European Union:
Customers may request cancellation within 14 calendar days without justification.
Products must be:
Unused
In original packaging
With original tags
This right does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items.
Customs & Duties
