📦 SHIPPING POLICY — GHOST BEAST

1. Overview

At Ghost Beast, we are committed to processing and shipping every order with precision and responsibility. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are produced, processed, shipped, and delivered.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


2. Print-on-Demand Model

All Ghost Beast products are manufactured on a print-on-demand basis.

Each item is produced individually after an order is placed. Due to this model:

  • Orders cannot be modified or canceled once production has started
  • Production time applies before shipping begins
  • Minor variations in color or print placement may occur

3. Production & Order Processing Time

Production time: 2–5 business days
Processing time: Included within production

This stage includes:

  • Product manufacturing
  • Quality control
  • Packaging
  • Transfer to the shipping carrier

Production begins after the order is confirmed.

During periods of high demand, production times may be extended.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier:

  • United States: 5–20 business days
  • Europe: 7–30 business days
  • Canada & Australia: 7–25 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–30 business days

Total estimated delivery time = Production time + Shipping time

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Ghost Beast is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once the order has been dispatched.


5. Multiple Item Orders & Separate Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

This may occur due to:

  • Different production facilities
  • Multiple suppliers
  • Product type differences
  • Warehouse availability

Each shipment may have its own tracking number and may arrive at different times.

Separate shipments do not indicate missing items.


6. Order Tracking

Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active after dispatch.

Ghost Beast is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking information provided by the carrier.


7. Taxes, Duties & Customs

All prices on our website are displayed in USD.

Prices do not include:

  • Import duties
  • Customs fees
  • VAT or local taxes

Customers are solely responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.

Ghost Beast has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.


8. Delivery Responsibility

Ghost Beast fulfills orders through third-party production and logistics partners.

Our responsibility is limited to processing and dispatching the order correctly.

Once the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided:

  • The order is considered fulfilled
  • Ghost Beast is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages after delivery

If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, customers must:

  • Verify the shipping address
  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

9. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Ghost Beast is not responsible for orders shipped to:

  • Incorrect addresses
  • Incomplete addresses
  • Unverifiable addresses

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed packages
  • Refused delivery

No refund will be issued.
Reshipment may be requested at the customer’s expense.


10. Delays Beyond Our Control

Ghost Beast is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Strikes or exceptional events
  • Government restrictions
  • High seasonal demand
  • Third-party supplier delays

Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.


11. Shipping Issues & Damaged Products

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact:

The request must include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Description of the issue

All claims will be reviewed in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
